John McCarvel

Chief Executive Officer, President

John P. McCarvel is the Chief Executive Officer and President of Crocs, Inc. Mr. McCarvel was appointed CEO and President of the company in March 2010 after serving as Crocs Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President, a title he held since October 2006. In this role, Mr. McCarvel was instrumental in building the company’s global operations infrastructure, global wholesale and direct to consumer channels, as well as spearheading Crocs’ Asian business operations.

Mr. McCarvel previously served as Senior Vice President for Global Product Development and Operations from October 2005 to September 2006, and Vice President of Crocs’ Asia division from January 2005 to September 2005, after first serving as a consultant to the company in 2004.

Prior to joining Crocs, Mr. McCarvel served as the Asian Vice President for the Design, Test and Semiconductor division of Flextronics, Inc., a position he held from October 2001 to January 2005. In this position, Mr. McCarvel was responsible for establishing and growing the company’s product development infrastructure throughout the Asian market. Mr. McCarvel also served as President of U.S. Operations and Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing for STATS (Singapore Technology Assembly Test Services) from January 1999 to October 2001.

Dan Hart

Executive Vice President, Chief Legal and Administrative Officer

Dan Hart is the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal and Administrative Officer for Crocs, Inc., a title he has held since January 2010. Mr. Hart is responsible for overseeing the company’s legal affairs and  human resource departments. This position builds upon his previous role as Crocs’ Executive Vice President of Administration and Corporate Development, which he held from June 2009 through December 2009.

Prior to joining Crocs, Mr. Hart was employed at Océ North America, a division of Océ, N.V., a leading international manufacturing and engineering company, where he served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel from 2006 to 2009. From 2002 to 2006, Mr. Hart was employed with Invensys  plc., and served as Senior Vice President-General Counsel and Human Resources for Invensys Controls, a global manufacturing and engineering operation within Invensys plc, a public U.K. conglomerate. Mr. Hart’s experience also includes senior legal positions at Dictaphone Corporation and Brooke Group Ltd., and private legal practice in New York City.
